Testimonials

"What started out as something just to try for fun, turned into a "I want to practice everyday..I love piano," sort of adventure.  Lexi fostered a true love of piano in my 8 year old and we will forever be thankful.  There were moments of reluctance, but Lexi ALWAYS had the perfect solution to keep my daughter motivated.  I cannot recommend her highly enough."

"My 15-year old daughter was an advanced piano player already when she started with Lexi...but we were amazed at how much she still progressed - and had lots of fun!  She also learned how to play the flute - Lexi was very patient!  To teach a teen a new instrument is not easy, but again, Lexi inspired her to keep going.  We will forever be grateful."

“Lexi is such a fantastic piano teacher. Her piano and singing skills are very impressive. She is incredibly patient with the little ones and makes each lesson so much fun! When my girls need a little motivation, Lexi can always provide it. They absolutely love coming to see her each week. Her energy and attitude is contagious!”

"My daughter has been taking piano from Lexi for almost 2 years. We loved Lexi instantly and have continued to be impressed and amazed with her talent, professionalism and variety of techniques she uses to engage my daughter and help establish a love of music. My daughter was almost 5 when we started lessons, and I wasn't sure how she would do (she is also very shy). Lexi was able to form a bond of trust and friendship with my daughter which helped her build confidence in herself and in her ability to learn a new skill. Thank you, Lexi."

“Lexi has been our son’s piano teacher for almost 4 years. She understands how to motivate and challenge our energetic 8 year old son. Our son never complains about practicing piano or going to lessons. As I compare Lexi to other piano teachers, Lexi really challenges the kids while making learning piano fun. In addition to learning to play piano, our son has an appreciation for music too. ”

“Lexi began teaching my son when he was 4 years old. I was blown away with how fun and engaging she made piano lessons! She used physical games, play doh, preschool-friendly verbiage, and more to teach how to read music and play the piano. Her creativity didn’t stop after the onset, and she tailors each lesson to her individual students’ needs, personalities, and interests. She is keenly aware that some students need more structure with their lesson time, while others need the ability to explore and learn in a fun and relaxed environment. She creates great incentives for kids to stay focused during lessons, to improve their skills and abilities, and to keep practicing at home. While following along with traditional piano books, Lexi would also give my son the opportunity to learn songs that he was interested in (like the Harry Potter theme music!), and to play duets with her (he really enjoyed when she would do a duet playing her flute). Lexi made learning piano and music theory fun and enjoyable, and we highly recommend her!”

“We love teacher Lexi teaching our kids piano. We've had her teach our youngest at 4.5 years old to our oldest at 9 years old. She is awesome with kids and can relate well with them. Her personality is wonderful and always can connect well with the kids. My kids have truly enjoyed playing piano with teacher Lexi, they actually want to practice! She makes learning an instrument fun and enjoyable!”
